This policy explains what personal information CareerAmp, operated by BizVizSolutions, Inc., collects and how we use it.

What we collect

Your name, email address, and phone / WhatsApp number, when you register.
Your chosen track and information you share during the program.
Basic analytics about how you use our website.

Payments are processed by Razorpay and/or Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment, but we do not collect or store your card or bank details.

How we use it

To deliver the program: confirmations, the setup packet, session links, and scheduling your 1:1 mock.
To communicate with you about your cohort.
To improve the program.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the program, such as the payment processors, our email tool, and the group chat platform (e.g. WhatsApp). They process your data only to provide their service.

Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to run your cohort and meet legal or accounting requirements, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
