These terms govern your enrollment in and use of CareerAmp ("the Program"), operated by BizVizSolutions, Inc. ("we", "us"). By registering and paying, you agree to these terms.
The Program is a two-weekend, cohort-based career-readiness accelerator. It includes live sessions, interview coaching, a 1:1 mock interview, project materials for one chosen track, and code review. Exact dates and format are shared on enrollment.
You should be able to write basic code in at least one language and have a computer meeting the setup requirements we provide. You are responsible for your own tools and internet access.
The fee is stated at checkout (₹2,999 / $35 USD for the founding cohort). Payment is processed by third-party providers (Razorpay and/or Stripe). We do not store your card details.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
The Program helps you prepare for the job market. We do not promise, and cannot guarantee, a job, an interview, or any specific outcome. Your results depend on your effort and factors outside our control.
You own the code and projects you build. Program materials, curriculum, and content are our intellectual property, provided for your personal use in the Program. Please do not redistribute or resell them.
We expect respectful, honest participation. We may remove, without refund, anyone who is abusive, disruptive, or who shares Program materials or others' private information without consent.
Live sessions may be recorded for participants who miss them. By attending you consent to being recorded; contact us if you have concerns.
We may adjust schedule, staffing, or content to deliver the Program well. If we make a material change you cannot accommodate, our Refund Policy applies.
To the extent permitted by Delaware law, our total liability is limited to the fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Wilmington, Delaware.
