Get ready for a career in tech, not just another course.

A career-readiness program for new graduates. We coach the interview, sharpen your story, and prove you are ready by building one real project you can defend.

Cohorts are capped at 12 so every student gets real 1:1 time.

A 1:1 mock interview

A live technical and HR mock with direct, honest feedback on where you really stand.

Resume (CV) and pitch coaching

A hiring-manager resume teardown, plus a 3-bullet pitch and 90-second demo you can send today.

One project as proof

A production-grade app on your GitHub with a live link, so your skills are visible, not just claimed.

The program

A career-readiness program, not a coding bootcamp.

The goal is a job in tech. Building software is how you prove you are ready. Everything around that build is the coaching that actually gets people hired.

Interview coaching

The STAR and PREP methods, so you answer with structure and evidence instead of nerves.

1:1 mock interview

A real technical and behavioral mock with a senior engineer, followed by honest, specific feedback.

Resume (CV) teardown

Rebuild your resume the way a hiring manager actually reads it, in seconds, top to bottom.

Recruiter outreach

A tight 3-bullet pitch and a 90-second demo video you send to recruiters directly.

AI-assisted engineering

Use Cursor, Copilot, and Claude the way real teams do, and, just as importantly, learn to audit and defend every line. You leave able to direct the AI, not be replaced by it. It is the skill hiring managers screen for in 2026.

Your proof project

Choose your track. Build real proof.

Pick any of the five tracks below, whichever matches the role you want, and go deep on a finishable project. Most people focus on one and go deep, but the choice is yours: explore more than one if that's the direction you want to take. Whatever you build becomes the evidence behind everything you say in your interview, and the work you defend in your 1:1 mock.

Tap any track to see what you would build. Start with the role you want, explore as many as you like.

For aspiring backend & full-stack engineers

Software Engineering

Build a real backend the way a small team would, then use AI tools like Cursor without losing the ability to explain your own code.

What you build
  • A REST API with login (JWT), backed by a real database
  • A clean service and repository structure, not a single file
  • An automated test suite you can run with one command
  • A Dockerized build, deployed with a live URL
For aspiring QA & SDET engineers

QA & Test Automation

Move past manual clicking into writing automation that a real engineering team would trust in their pipeline.

What you build
  • A UI test suite for a real web app using Playwright
  • Clean structure with the Page Object Model, no brittle selectors
  • API-level checks for status, schema, and error cases
  • Tests running automatically in CI with a readable report
For aspiring cloud & DevOps engineers

Cloud & DevOps

Learn how code actually gets to production: containers, automated pipelines, and a real cloud deploy. No cluster wrangling required.

What you build
  • A small app packaged into a lean Docker image
  • A CI/CD pipeline that tests and builds on every push
  • An automated deploy to the cloud with a live URL
  • Basic secrets handling and environment config done right
For aspiring security & AppSec analysts

Cybersecurity

Learn to think like an attacker and a defender by fixing a real, deliberately vulnerable app and automating the checks that catch bugs early.

What you build
  • A findings report on a vulnerable app: SQLi, XSS, and more
  • Fixes with parameterized queries and proper input handling
  • Automated security and dependency scanning in the pipeline
  • A simple log-based detector for suspicious activity
For aspiring data & AI engineers

Data & AI Engineering

Build the two things every data and AI team needs: a pipeline that moves and cleans data, and a working retrieval chatbot over your own documents.

What you build
  • A pipeline that ingests, cleans, and loads real data
  • Analytical queries with DuckDB and clean SQL
  • A simple RAG chatbot that answers from your documents
  • An API endpoint serving the chatbot, deployed live

Two weekends, built for execution

The structure removes setup pain and keeps you moving, from resume to mock interview, with a clear checkpoint in between.

Before you startSelf-paced

Setup packet

A short async packet gets your tools, GitHub, and Cursor ready before the first session, so no live time is wasted on installs.

Weekend oneAbout 4 hours, live

Resumes, storytelling, and your build kickoff

A hiring-manager resume teardown, the STAR method for answering questions, a live Cursor walkthrough, and your project assignment.

MidweekOn your own

Build checkpoint

You build your project with async support, then submit at the midweek checkpoint to lock in your Weekend 2 interview slot.

Weekend twoAbout 3.5 hours, live

1:1 mock interview and recruiter pitch

Defend your project, run a 1:1 behavioral mock, write your 3-bullet recruiter pitch, and record your 90-second demo video.

Be in the first room

This is Cohort 1. That is a real advantage: smaller group, more direct access, and a founding price that will not repeat.

01

Direct instructor access

Small first cohort means your questions get answered by the instructor, not a queue.

02

Founding price

The lowest price this program will ever run at, in exchange for your honest feedback.

03

Shape the program

Your experience directly informs how future cohorts are run. You are a partner, not a number.

FAQs

You should be comfortable writing basic programs in at least one language. You do not need job experience. The setup packet and Weekend 1 start from a clean slate.

Two weekends of live sessions, roughly 4 hours and 3.5 hours, plus a midweek build you do on your own time. Budget a focused week overall.

No. It is a career-readiness program. The project proves your skills, but the core is interview coaching, a 1:1 mock, resume work, and your recruiter pitch. Building is the vehicle, getting hired is the goal.

Live sessions are recorded so you can catch up. Your 1:1 mock interview is scheduled with you directly, so we find a slot that works.

If the program is not right for you, tell us before Weekend 1 begins and we refund you in full, no questions asked.
